Software Quality Assurance Intern

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated entry-level candidate that is capable of implementing effective software test methods and techniques in support of our development team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the development team to translate our product requirements and functional designs into effective test plans and test cases in support of our SaaS and Java environment
- Develop, perform, and maintain automated and manual test sets as needed to assure that our tests are valid and comprehensive
- Assist with debugging and documentation
Required Skills
- Experience with Java development, ideally including the following technologies: J2EE, JDBC, Apache, Google Web Toolkit, Spring and Hibernate; experience with databases such as Oracle, SQLServer, and MySQL also desired
- Must be a true self-starter with the ability to build the QA role from the ground up
- Background development experience, to include unit testing, is ideal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as an excellent ability to quickly grasp concepts and learn new technologies
- Ability to work well and contribute in a team environment as well as the ability to work efficiently with little direction

Sales Representative

Position Overview:
Sales Representatives will focus on acquisition sales. This is not a "farmer" role. The individual must be outstanding at "hunting." Gaining new users of the ReachForce solutions. This is an Inside Sales role.
Responsibilities
- Sales Representatives will manage and grow a personal territory working in a team selling environment with Sales Managers.
- Experience selling into high-tech firms a plus
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual meeting targets.
- Call on senior-level executive contacts and sell ReachForce value proposition
- Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives
- Close business without excessive assistance from management.
- Participate in training and development programs, both independently and as part of the sales team
Required Skills
- 3+ years proven phone sales experience in product or services environment
- Proven success in telesales prospecting. Expectation is a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day
- Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycle
- Proven track record of penetrating and expanding accounts
- Proven track record of succeeding quotas and goals
- Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com CRM desired.
- Working knowledge of Internet and Software-as-a-Service applications desired.
- BA/BS degree is preferred
