As an entrepreneur and high tech industry executive, Suaad has played leadership roles at start-up companies as well as large publicly traded firms. Mr. Sait is the driving force positioning the company as a leader in the emerging marketing and sales force automation segments of the CRM OnDemand market.
Prior to ReachForce, Suaad was the vice president and general manager of Products & Markets at Pervasive Software (PVSW) with world-wide P&L responsibility of the entire product line. Suaad served as the Chief Marketing Officer and COO of Liaison Technology (acquired by Forest Express) repositioning the company into a software platform for supplier catalog content management. Before Liaison, Suaad served as vice president of product marketing at Motive Communications (MOTV). He was on the founding team for Ventix Systems and served as the vice president and general manager of the enterprise business and vice president of marketing. Suaad has also held leadership positions at DAZEL Corporation (acquired by Hewlett Packard), InConcert Software (acquired by TIBCO), CAP Ventures and Xerox Corporation. Suaad earned his Master of Science in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Suaad has served as a Mentor for the New Venture Creation program at the McCombs School of Business - The University of Texas at Austin since the Fall of 2005. He also currently serves as an Executive Advisory Board Member of the Austin Chapter of the American Marketing Association. In, addition Suaad serves as a board member of the Austin Technology Entrepreneurs' eXchange ("Texchange").
As COO, Riazzi will focus on ReachForce's services delivery and customer operations world-wide.
Prior to joining ReachForce, Riazzi was Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Services for 3Com in Boston, MA and Austin, TX (TippingPoint Division) where he led the turn around of their global services business. Riazzi also spent seven years at Dell Inc. as director of Services Product Management, Strategy and Marketing. While at Dell, Riazzi created and led a full function services marketing and product management unit that helped Dell capture significant market share gains worldwide as one of the fastest growing services companies and was recognized and rated consistently as the industry leader in customer satisfaction.
Riazzi graduated from University of Florida, Gainesville, FL with a BSBA in Finance and attended the Executive MBA Program at Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, FL
As Vice President of Products, Jason is responsible for ReachForce's product strategy, product marketing and engineering management. Jason comes to ReachForce from Troux Technologies, where he was Director of Product Marketing. He brings over 9 years of experience in engineering, services and product marketing roles from several high tech startup companies, including Troux Technologies, Motive Communications, Ventix Systems and DAZEL Corporation.
Jason received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
As Vice President of Market Development, Tory is responsible for ReachForce's overall sales process and revenue goal attainment. Tory brings over 12 years of experience in sales and business development with the last 9 years in software and services companies, consistently delivering significant revenue growth and customer satisfaction. His experience includes multiple sales roles in companies such as Question Technologies, Troux Technologies, InfoNow, and Between Markets winning customers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mid-market emerging growth businesses.
Tory received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
As Vice President of Finance, Jayne is responsible for the financial and administrative operations to support effective delivery of services and growth of the organization.
Jayne brings 25 years of experience and over 8 years of practical CFO experience to ReachForce. She was the CFO of Jam Technologies, Inc., and prior to this position she was Vice President of VirtualCFO providing strategic financial consulting and administrative infrastructure support services for emerging technology companies including Agere. Previous to joining VirtualCFO, Jayne served as Controller of IntelliQuest Information Group, Inc., a publicly held corporation where she was responsible for providing and interpreting business analyses, forecasting and budgeting information; developing business strategies; and managing all accounting operations. Earlier in her career Jayne was the Controller for the Electronics Division of Radian, Director of Operations for SI2 and worked as an auditor in public accounting.
Jayne is a CPA and holds a BSBA from Central Michigan Univeristy. She received her MBA in finance from Wayne State University.
Cody Young is the Vice President of Customer Success and manages the operations, project and account management teams at ReachForce. Prior to joining the company, Cody was Vice President of Marketing for the Output Solutions Division of Fiserv, Inc. Before that he spent a number of years as a private consultant in Austin, Texas helping local and multi-national companies launch new products, write marketing plans, position products, size and segment markets, develop lead generation systems and forge customer retention strategies.
Cody is the author of the training curriculum "Building the New Business Case," designed to help young sales and marketing executives build and deliver solid, strategically sound plans designed to help accelerate today's complex high technology sales cycles. He also developed the Customer Experience Indexing™ (CEI™) methodology as a way for business-to-business companies to measure, plan and act on customer feedback.
Cody holds a degree in IT Communications (U S N A / B) and did post graduate studies in Organizational Leadership. He served proudly in the United States Navy before entering the private sector.
